Review Interalpin 2013, Innsbruck 10th to 12th April 2013

At the 20th Interalpin Mattro has been presenting its "Steinbock HX1" and the new offroad single-seater "Der Ziesel".

With a total of 21600 visitors from 70 nations there has also been some great interest in our exhibition stand.

We would like to express our thanks to our co-exhibitors the Standortagentur Tirol and the AL-KO Kober GmbH.

4th International Leading Trade Fair for Electric- and Hybrid-Mobility, 23rd to 25th October 2012

Review Lebensland Kärnten Exhibition, Klagenfurt 13th to 15th April 2012

For the third time Austrias biggest electromobiltity exhibition took place in Klagenfurt. Regarding electromobility, Carinthia in Austria with its "Lebensland" program is in the lead all over Europe. Within only 3 days 47.000 interested visitors got counted.

We shared our exhibition stand with the Tyrolean bussines promotion agency and the enerChange GmbH.

On Friday evening a get-together for all exhibitors took place.

On Saturday our backstop, Fabian Margreiter, arrived.

We had a lot of professional discussions with our interested visitors - about electromobility and its newest developements.

In the meantime an interview on the stage took place.

A real miss visited our stand for a fotoshooting with the Steinbock.

During the exhibition the Kronen Zeitung reported about it.

 Steinbock HX1 – World Premiere

On 29^th of November the business promotion agency in Tyrol hosted the 9^th Tyrolean innovation day in Congress Center Innsbruck where our prototype “Steinbock HX1”, realized within the HYCAT research project funded by the European ERA-SME programme, caused a sensation with its world premiere.

The completely new offroad transportation vehicle for high mountain regions offers usability throughout the seasons by its possibility to drive with tracks as well as wheels. With its innovative hybrid drivetrain based on four independent electrical in-wheel motors each wheel adapts perfectly to the actual surface. The vehicle interiors is arranged generously, focused on basic equipment and constructed and finished to the highest standards. The “Steinbock” can be used equally well for material or passenger transportation and also ambulance services.

Project coordinator Alois Bauer and his team celebrated the successful presentation with the other seven European project partners. “Single-handedly this technical innovation would never have been possible. But through the exchange within a business network associated companies learn to trust each other and finally get the possibility to establish cooperation. By united knowledge, for example in engineering or design, we managed to develop a never before seen vehicle. Until the end of April 2012 extensive testing is planned. In the end of 2012 a Tyrolean industrial partner will start the “Steinbock HX1” series production, so the first vehicles should be ready to deliver by winter 2012.”
